Our Art Show Guidelines at Skyloft F Studio Gallery

Please note these show guidelines, once approved:

  • Wall art must be ready to hang from a single point on the back of their art. (One wire will be used to hang your art in the gallery. Up to 30lbs. No two point hanging allowed.)

  • All art being submitted for display must have the following information on their art tag:

    • Artist name.

    • Name of the art.

    • Date the art was created, if it's not noted in the art.

    • Size of the art (including frame.) 

    • Media ID. (illustration, painting, photography, sculpture, etc.)

    • Price of art

    • Contact info (email address or web site.)

  • Identify any dates the art is not available during the AITC Show and lets us .

  • All art work must be framed and or mounted for the best chance for sales, but not required. Painters can present neat looking stretched canvas. (Finished work that buyers can purchase and hang is ideal for quicker sales.)

  • Artist must handle all art sales transactions. (Art sold can be removed after the reception.)

  • All artist are strongly suggested to be present for the "Artist Reception Event" if all possible and wearing a name tag or an Artist ID lanyard. This helps with your art sales the day of the reception. 

  • All artist interested in submitting an art item for the "Silent Auction" during the artist reception event please let the art curator know by email with an image of the art.

  • If any artist is interested in having an "Artist Talk" in Skyloft F Studio Gallery during the artist reception please contact us. 

  • If these guidelines can not be followed, as in you can't provide the needed items please contact us for help.​

  • If you have any questions, please contact us ASAP! Space is limited don't delay​.

Quarterly Art Show Entrance Fee's

Invitational Artist Show Entrance fee:

  • These events are free for artist in 2025 "once you are approved."

  • We have four scheduled shows where we accept up to 6-10 artist depending on size of their displays.

Vendors using "floor" space to display on tables:

Vendors, once you have received written approval we will send you a PayPal Invoice (You do not need to be a member of PayPal to use this service) where you can pay your $50 fee total to secure your participation. Any balance will be due before you arrive the day of the show.

  • The Vendor fee is $50, great for products and services. 

    • You must bring your own display table.

    • Floor standing banners are welcomed.

    • No wall space will be available, your product display must be table and floor designed.

    • If you have a company logo and you want to be listed in our "Market Place" sections of our networks please let us know!

    • Please read the Security and Insurance statement below discussing liability!

    • All floor displays are for the one day of the artist reception only. Everything on the floor must be removed by the vendor at the end of the artist reception.

Security and Insurance Notification for all AITC Art Events

Disclaimer / Security

The Skyloft F Studio Gallery is a high traffic rental facility with visitors passing through the studio art gallery space. 

​

The facility is monitored through video and locked after business hours. But we suggest you protect your own art with your own insurance policy. The location has its own insurance policy, however due to the nature of this rental event space, artist are responsible for any damage to their art including broken, stolen or damaged artwork hanging in the gallery whether or not a claim is filed through our policy (either by the art curator or the owner of the building.)

By applying for admittance to our art gallery shows as an artist, and hanging your art at Skyloft F Studio Gallery you agree to these terms.
